Community/Patient Advocate - Hemophilia

• Provide educational resources to individuals and their families with bleeding disorders by partnering with your local, state, and national chapters
• Foster relationships and provide patient retention in his/her assigned territory
• Work to establish and promote hemophilia support groups in your territory
• The advocate will help patients, and their families navigate the healthcare system by being a liaison with their care team
• The advocate will partner with pharmaceuticals reps to host educational dinners
• Advocate on a state, local and national level to assist in bringing better access to care for individuals living with a bleeding disorder
• The advocate will maintain communication with the Director of Advocacy on a weekly basis by providing weekly updates
