• Serve as the first point of contact for healthcare providers and patients regarding medical inquiries
• Manage inbound and outbound communications via phone and email, utilizing preapproved responses
• Document all inquiries, adverse events, and product complaints in accordance with established procedures
• Collaborate with Medical Information Managers and other colleagues on training and resource development
• Participate in the creation of resources to support healthcare provider inquiries

• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing and Registered Nurse (RN) license
• 5+ years of customer-facing pharmaceutical industry experience or clinical experience in a hospital setting
• Working knowledge of medical terminology and awareness of regulations related to Medical Information
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong organizational abilities
• Ability to travel up to 10% and work weekends/holidays as needed

• 3+ years of clinical nursing experience in pulmonary hypertension or interstitial lung disease
• 1+ years of medical writing experience
• Ability to understand and analyze performance metrics related to customer service
• Experience as a PH coordinator or in critical care, pulmonology, or cardiology
