What You Will Do
  • Carry out assessments and develop treatment plans for adults with speech, language, and communication needs in a community setting.
  • Deliver person‑centred therapy interventions to support rehabilitation and independence.
  • Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care.
  • Travel across the locality to visit service users in the community (driving essential).
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical records in line with HCPC and service standards.
  • Contribute to service development and quality improvement initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
  • Degree or equivalent in Speech & Language Therapy.
  • HCPC registration.
  • Experience working with adult caseloads.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
  • Strong communication, assessment, and clinical reasoning skills.
  • Previous experience working in community or rehabilitation settings.
