Requirements- Knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS codes
- Experience working with HCFA
1500 and UB04 billing forms - Precertification knowledge
- Inbound call experience
- Remote experience is a plus!
- High School Diploma/GED
Responsible for answering incoming calls from providers, health plan and members as they relate to eligibility, benefits, claims, coverage and authorization of services. This position will also problem-solve and explain programs and procedures to callers and will answer/address claim payment questions with providers.
Job Duties- Answering incoming phone calls via ACD phone system
- Provide eligibility, benefits, claim, and referral status depending on their queue
- Assist in resolving issues for providers as they relate to claims, authorization, and eligibility inquiries
Epic, Customer service, Emr, Ehr, Account management, Data integrity, Health information management
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Dallas, TX. Remote position.
Pay & BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
