Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm EST - Remote position. Can sit in EST/CST only. Final date to receive applications This position is anticipated to close on Jan 30, 2026.

• Knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS codes
• Experience working with HCFA
  1500 and UB04 billing forms
• Precertification knowledge
• Inbound call experience
• Remote experience is a plus!
• High School Diploma/GED

Responsible for answering incoming calls from providers, health plan and members as they relate to eligibility, benefits, claims, coverage and authorization of services. This position will also problem-solve and explain programs and procedures to callers and will answer/address claim payment questions with providers.

• Answering incoming phone calls via ACD phone system
• Provide eligibility, benefits, claim, and referral status depending on their queue
• Assist in resolving issues for providers as they relate to claims, authorization, and eligibility inquiries

Epic, Customer service, Emr, Ehr, Account management, Data integrity, Health information management

This is a Contract position based out of Dallas, TX. Remote position.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
