Speech-Language Pathologist
We are seeking a passionate, dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist ready to make a difference in children’s lives. Whether you are a Clinical Fellow (CF) or a licensed SLP, you will thrive in CTN’s supportive, collaborative environment with flexibility to shape your ideal career path.

- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide engaging, evidence-based speech and language therapy
- Collaborate with families and caregivers to support consistent progress
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure whole-child care
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current (or pending) California SLP license —
CFs strongly encouraged to apply - Strong communicator with a passion for working with children
- Excellent documentation and organizational skills
- Experience with EHR systems is a plus
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Experience supporting children with developmental delays or special needs
- Interest in leadership, mentorship, or supervisory roles
