Requires active RBT certification, leadership experience (1 year lead RBT/training and 2 years total RBT experience), and works hybrid evenings (12:30pm–9:00pm) in Voorhees or Newark, NJ EI Centers.

Join Us as an Evening RBT Training Coordinator

Coordinate and implement RBT Training Program and Orientation, with a focus on the in home and in school services

What You'll Do:

• Implement RBT Training Program & Orientation, including 40-hour coursework

• Provide clinical training and post-training support to all new hires that come into the region (in school/community, in home and in EI Center)

• Support BTs throughout the orientation, onboarding and training process; assist/support BTs with RBT process

• Provide in-person training and virtual training sessions

• Provide field support (in school and in home)

• Complete training competencies and tests; submit for each trainee

• Host 1x/month support meeting for all trainees in their first 90 days

• Host RBT exam prep classes/study support groups

• Participate in Clinical rounding

• Direct/group subbing

• Assist with administrative tasks as needed

What You'll Need

  • Must have an active RBT certification to be qualified for this position

  • Demonstrated leadership skills

  • 1 year previous lead RBT/training experience with 2 years total RBT experience

Work Location & Hours:

This is a fill-time position in a hybrid work setting in either Voorhees or Newark, NJ EI Centers. The core hours are 12:30pm to 9:00pm
