• Collaborate with the revenue cycle operations team to develop product requirements that support the strategy and roadmap for revenue cycle products
• Gather and document user requirements and develop business cases for revenue yield and cost savings
• Contribute to funding and approval requests for the IT steering committee
• Work with engineering teams to deliver prioritized features within Agile and Dev Ops frameworks
• Maintain and communicate prioritized product and team backlogs

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 3 years of domain knowledge in healthcare revenue cycle or applicable experience
• At least 5 years of experience in a business analyst, system analyst, product owner, or similar role
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an Agile environment
• Proven analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

• Experience leading cross-functional meetings and effectively interfacing with multiple levels internally and externally
• Knowledge of technical acumen to support end-to-end solutions
• Ability to lead and influence through building credibility and trust
• Effective communication skills in both business and technical contexts
