THK Therapy Services (TS) provides Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech and Language Therapy to THKMC programmes and other community partners. We adopt a holistic, client- and family-centred care approach, working closely with multidisciplinary teams, families, and caregivers.
About the RoleWe are seeking Physiotherapists (Adults) to join our allied health team. You will be supporting adults with physical, functional, and mobility needs in THK’s disability homes, day activity centres, day rehabilitation centres, and home-based therapy services, among other community-based initiatives.
Therapists may be deployed across various adult-focused programmes depending on service requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct assessments and provide physiotherapy interventions for adult clients with mobility, neurological, functional, and physical rehabilitation needs.
- Develop and implement Individualised Care Plans (ICPs), working collaboratively with caregivers, nursing, and other allied health professionals.
- Deliver therapy through individual or group sessions in centre-based or community-based settings, including home visits when required.
- Provide education and training to caregivers and staff to promote safe mobility and functional independence for clients.
- Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions to contribute to holistic care planning for adult clients.
- Access to clinical supervision, mentorship, and ongoing professional development.
- Opportunities to work alongside experienced therapists and multidisciplinary teams supporting adults across a wide range of physical, intellectual, and sensory disabilities.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Physiotherapy.
- Fully registered or eligible for registration with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC), Singapore.
- Passion for working with adults in residential, community, or home-based settings.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
- At least 4-5 years of relevant experience in adult physiotherapy.
