Overview

Children’s Specialized ABA provides home-based, community-based, and center-based ABA therapy for children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). By leveraging the Children’s Specialized Hospital Autism Center of Excellence, the program aims to expand access to innovative and compassionate care and empower children to thrive.

Join Us as a Center Administrator

The Center Administrator role is responsible for the coaching supervision of employees within the centers. This role is intended to provide direct support to BTs and RBTs on a day-to-day basis.

What You’ll Do
  • Responsible for the daily operations of the ABA clinic
  • Create and maintain a positive, high-energy work environment for all staff. Oversee the maintenance of an organized and clean environment.
  • Coordinate new hire orientation/onboarding and staff training.
  • Coordinate with intake department regarding capacity.
  • Employee coaching, supervision, management.
  • Manage staff and family complaints.
  • Coordinate related services (Speech and OT).
  • Conduct tours to families and explain the benefits of our program.
  • Oversee daily schedule and compliance with call outs.
  • Manage call outs, substitutes, and group sessions.
  • Minimize clients sent home due to staffing shortages.
  • Call families to cancel sessions, if needed.
  • Approve clinic staff PTO and ensure company policies are being followed.
  • Communicate frequently with all parents and staff, obtain quarterly feedback.
  • Create and maintain employee retention programs.
  • Other duties as assigned
What You’ll Need
  • High School diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
  • Previous experience in an administrative role
  • Previous experience in an ABA Clinic
  • Must have 2 or more years leadership experience
  • Reliability - ability to work a consistent schedule throughout the week
  • Access to a reliable vehicle or public transportation
Preferred
  • Registered behavior technician (RBT) or Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) strongly preferred
Work Location & Hours

This is a full-time, on-site position in our new Voorhees, NJ EI Center. The core hours for this role are 8:45am to 5:15pm.

Reasonable Pay Estimate

A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this position is $60,000.00 to $68,000.00 annually. There are numerous factors taken into consideration in determining the actual offered rate of pay, including but not limited to: job-related qualifications, experience, skills, education, geographic location, and consideration of internal and experience equity.
