The main purpose of this role is to coordinate and assist with the delivery, setup, and removal of mobile and relocatable medical units across hospital sites in the UK.
As a member of the Customer Solutions Project Management team, your key responsibilities will be:
Assist with the setup and relocation of medical units.
Inventory control in storage facility.
Support unit handovers.
Support with site surveys and assist with project planning.
Attend customer sites as and when required.
To thrive in this role, you should have:
Strong practical mindset with the ability to manage small on-site repairs independently (not of specialist medical equipment).
Capable of overseeing site setup and set down - including coordinating with logistics providers.
Organised and detail-oriented when preparing units before deployment.
Positive, can-do attitude with a proactive approach to solving problems and supporting colleagues.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Calm and professional under pressure, with the ability to adapt to fast-paced operational environments.
A collaborative spirit, able to work both independently and within a team environment.
The ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities while maintaining high-quality output.
A full UK / EU driving licence is essential.
