Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Mobile Nurse, based in Singapore. The Mobile Nurse will be responsible for providing professional nursing care and conducting home-based health services, including health screenings, vaccinations, and other medical procedures. Key responsibilities also include educating patients and caregivers about health management, maintaining medical records accurately, and ensuring compliance with healthcare protocols. The role requires collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to deliver efficient and high-quality care to patients in various locations across Singapore.

Qualifications
  • Possess a valid nursing certification and registration with the Singapore Nursing Board
  • Clinical competence in health screenings, administering vaccinations, and undertaking medical procedures
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to educate patients and caregivers
  • Ability to work independently and travel to various locations across Singapore
  • Organizational and time-management skills to maintain accurate medical records and adhere to schedules
  • Commitment to upholding high standards of patient care and healthcare regulations
  • Basic computer literacy for managing patient documentation and reports
  • Experience in community health or home nursing is an added advantage
