Health Harmonie Minds is seeking an experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) who is fully qualified in the ADIR to join our neurodevelopmental assessment team. This role is delivered remotely and offers full autonomy, making it ideal for clinicians seeking flexible working arrangements alongside existing commitments.
You will contribute to high quality autism assessments for children, young people, and/or adults, depending on experience, ensuring each assessment meets national standards and clinical best practice.
Main duties of the job- Deliver structured ADIR assessments remotely in line with clinical guidance
- Conduct comprehensive interviews with parents, carers, and/or individuals
- Compile high quality clinical reports to support diagnostic decisions
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary environment
- Uphold safeguarding responsibilities and follow escalation pathways

This role is offered on an independent contractor basis with flexible working and self managed schedules.
Job responsibilitiesThe Autism Assessor will deliver high quality autism diagnostic assessments remotely, with a primary focus on administering the Autism Diagnostic Interview Revised (ADIR). This role forms an essential part of our neurodevelopmental assessment pathway, ensuring timely, accurate, and evidence based evaluations for children, young people, and/or adults.
Person Specification Qualifications- Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) active NMC registration
- Qualified in ADIR (mandatory requirement)
- Demonstrable experience conducting autism assessments
- Strong clinical report writing skills
- Confident using digital platforms and telehealth systems
- Previous experience in CAMHS, neurodevelopmental, or LD services
- Familiarity with other autism assessment tools
