Clinical Psychologist

Shemesh connects South African psychologists intentionally, bringing together talented clinicians to deliver world-class mental healthcare. We've successfully delivered over 1,000+ therapeutic sessions through our innovative online therapy platform and are experiencing rapid growth. We're seeking experienced psychologists who are passionate about both clinical excellence and leveraging technology to improve patient outcomes at scale.

We're looking for an experienced Clinical Psychologist to join our growing team of specialists. You'll be central to our mission of expanding access to high-quality psychological care across South Africa while maintaining the gold standard of clinical practice.

• Deliver evidence-based clinical care to clients through our secure online therapy platform
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychologists on complex cases and clinical strategy
• Contribute to continuous improvement of our clinical protocols and service delivery
• Participate in peer supervision and clinical consultation within our team environment

• MA in Psychology or equivalent clinical doctorate
• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in a therapeutic setting
• Current HCPC registration (or eligible for registration)
• Published academic work demonstrating clinical expertise and research engagement
• Strong technological literacy and comfort working within digital health platforms
• Collaborative mindset with excellent interpersonal skills

PhD in Psychology is a huge bonus

• Already HCPC registered or with clear pathway to registration
