Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role (based in Gurugram with some flexibility for remote work) for a Phlebotomist. Responsibilities include performing blood collection and ensuring correct labeling and proper storage of samples, maintaining lab equipment, adhering strictly to medical and safety protocols, and assisting medical personnel as needed. The Phlebotomist will also be responsible for maintaining accurate patient records and providing patient care in a professional and compassionate manner.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in Blood Collection and Laboratory Skills
- Knowledge of Medical Terminology and Medical Assisting techniques
- Basic understanding of Medicine and its practical applications in diagnostics
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on patient comfort
- Attention to detail and ability to strictly follow safety and hygiene protocols
- High school diploma or equivalent; certification in phlebotomy is required
- Experience in a clinical or laboratory setting is an advantage
