About the Role

At Vita Health Group, our mission is to "make people better". We are recruiting experienced counsellors on an affiliate basis to deliver face‑to‑face, phone, and video counselling. Our clinical and operational teams will support you every step of the way. As a counsellor, you will help clients achieve tangible improvements in their emotional health and wellbeing.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver structured, short‑term solution‑focused wellbeing counselling, typically six to eight sessions.
  • Work with adult clients, and may also work with children and young people if qualified.
  • Receive clients through our easy‑to‑use online portal.
  • Work flexible hours that fit your schedule.
  • Get paid for every session delivered.
  • Maintain a professional, client‑centred approach and adhere to our clinical standards.
Qualifications
  • Recognised counselling qualification – ideally a Post Graduate Diploma in Counselling (Level 4 or above).
  • Accredited membership of BACP (or equivalent, with NCS Accredited Professional status – individual/​student/​registered membership not accepted).
  • Minimum years of counselling experience, preferably with a variety of diverse client groups.
  • At least one year of experience delivering counselling via telephone or virtually preferred.
  • Self‑motivated and confident in remote working to cover agreed shift patterns.
  • Knowledge of the Stepped Care Model and use of assessment tools such as PHQ‑9 and GAD‑7 desirable.

  • A team member will review your documents and contact you to discuss suitability. If successful, we will send you a contract with terms and conditions.
  • Receive induction training on receiving clients through our portal.
