Overview:
An enthusiastic Occupational Therapist is sought to join a well-structured and dynamic Front Door team. The vacancy is for an initial 3 - 6 months with potential for extension, with a full-time contract and an option to work from home. A fair and manageable caseload and further training in your portfolio are available.

• Conduct holistic occupational therapy assessments for adults presenting with new or changing care needs at the Front Door.
• Develop and implement person-centered intervention plans to support independence in activities of daily living.
• Provide advice and recommendations on equipment, adaptations, and community resources to enable individuals to live safely at home.
• Work collaboratively with social care teams and partner agencies to facilitate timely access to services.
• Contribute to safeguarding adults and ensure all assessments and interventions comply with relevant legislation and best practice standards.
• Maintain accurate and timely records and reports in line with organizational policies.
• Participate in team meetings, case discussions, and continuous professional development activities.

• Previous experience working as an Occupational Therapist in Adult Social Care
• HCPC Registration
• Enhanced DBS/CRB (we can obtain for you)
• Eligibility to work in the UK
• Occupational Therapist Qualification
