• Collaborate with sales, clinical training, and marketing teams to identify education needs
• Measure, track, and report the impact of medical education programs
• Ensure compliance in the execution of medical education activities

• Relevant professional experience in medical education within the pharmaceutical or medical device industry
• Expertise in adult education theory and best practices
• Ability to develop innovative presentations and learning content
• Knowledge of the medical device industry, including relevant laws and ethical standards
• Bachelor's degree, Pharm
  
  D, PhD, or MS in life sciences or equivalent experience

• Understanding of the diabetes disease state and current/future treatment landscape
• Fluency in a second language is an asset
