We have exciting opportunities for skilled specialists to join our award-winning teams. As a Payment and Account Resolutions Specialist, youâll work within a high-performing team to support domestic customers who are experiencing difficulties paying their energy bills. Youâll negotiate tailored repayment options, provide energy advice, and deliver empathetic, solution-focused support.
What youâll need- Experience managing difficult conversations in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong resilience, empathy, and adaptability
- Self â motivated with the ability to work independently and contribute to a wider team.
- Excellent numerical, spoken, and written communication skills with the ability to listen effectively.
- Good IT skills with experience using Microsoft Office Applications.
- A suitable, dedicated place to work at home (private you wonât get interrupted), with natural light, desk chair, and an excellent broadband connection.
- 6 monthsâ fully remote working experience.
