Position: Payment & Account Resolutions Specialist
Location: Bangor

This is a remote role; however, it is essential that you reside in Northern Ireland to meet the requirements of the position.

We have exciting opportunities for skilled specialists to join our award-winning teams. As a Payment and Account Resolutions Specialist, you’ll work within a high-performing team to support domestic customers who are experiencing difficulties paying their energy bills. You’ll negotiate tailored repayment options, provide energy advice, and deliver empathetic, solution-focused support.

What you’ll need
  • Experience managing difficult conversations in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Strong resilience, empathy, and adaptability
  • Self – motivated with the ability to work independently and contribute to a wider team.
  • Excellent numerical, spoken, and written communication skills with the ability to listen effectively.
  • Good IT skills with experience using Microsoft Office Applications.
  • A suitable, dedicated place to work at home (private you won’t get interrupted), with natural light, desk chair, and an excellent broadband connection.
  • 6 months’ fully remote working experience.
