Associate Clinical Programs Analyst; Registered Nurse​/LPN

• Manage patient and healthcare provider registration and support activities according to program protocols
• Process data entry of relevant information during the delivery of program services
• Provide medical support and education to patients and healthcare providers on therapies and disease management
• Liaise with physicians, pharmacies, and other stakeholders to ensure comprehensive patient service
• Administer case management protocols including patient follow-up and compliance monitoring

• RN/RPN/LPN license required; must be registered with the Provincial College of Nurses
• 5-7 years of case/patient management experience
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with a focus on stakeholder management
• Extensive knowledge of the MS therapeutic area preferred
• Flexibility to travel up to 30% depending on site assignment

• Experience in data management/reporting tools
• Strong business and financial acumen
• Ability to lead difficult conversations with key stakeholders and patients
• Proficiency in CRM database entry and VOIP telephony
• Experience in providing professional presentations, both face-to-face and virtual
