We are seeking an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to join our team on a 6-month contract
, working fully from home following a short on-site induction week

This is an excellent opportunity for an OH professional looking for a flexible, remote contract role, delivering high-quality occupational health services and managing a varied caseload across a large organisation.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver a full range of Occupational Health services remotely, including:
- Case management
- Fitness-for-work and safety-critical medicals
- Health surveillance and new starter assessments (virtual/paper-based)
- Provide evidence-based advice to managers and employees on:
- Fitness for work and reasonable adjustments
- Sickness absence management
- Temporary and permanent workplace restrictions
- Attend virtual sickness absence and wellbeing meetings
