Medical Arts Health Research Group is a growing clinical research organization conducting Phase II–IV clinical trials across cardiology, metabolic, neurological, and general medicine. We are recognized for high-quality data, patient-centered care, and operational excellence.

We are hiring for aClinical Research Prescreeningrole to support participant identification and eligibilityprescreeningfor active and upcoming clinical trials.

This is a remote, full-time position requiring aconsistent commitment to either Saturday or Sundayas part of a 5-day, 40-hour work week. Candidates based in British Columbia are strongly preferred for time zone alignment and operational efficiency.

• 40 hours per week
• Must consistently work either Saturday OR Sunday
• Remaining workdays scheduled during weekdays (This is a fixed schedule requirement, not rotational)
• Must reside in BC

• Conduct phone and virtual prescreening of potential study participants
• Review medical histories, medications, and inclusion/exclusion criteria
• Accurately document prescreening outcomes in CTMS / eSource systems
• Coordinate with Study Coordinators and Site Managers as needed
• Schedule screening visits and ensure appropriate follow-up
• Maintain confidentiality, GCP compliance, and SOP adherence
• Support recruitment targets through high-quality prescreening

• Post-secondary education in health sciences, life sciences, or a related field
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organization
• Comfort discussing medical information professionally
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  
  Reliable internet and private workspace for confidential calls

• Experience in clinical research, healthcare, or patient-facing roles
• Familiarity with GCP and clinical trial workflows
• Prior prescreening or eligibility review experience
• Experience with EMRs, CTMS, or clinical documentation systems
