£41,612 Salary + Performance Bonus + Annual Reviews

37.5 Hours | Monday to Friday | Part-Time Available

The Role You will carry out Work Capacity Assessments for adults with a wide range of physical, cognitive, and mental health conditions.

This is not a treatment role. It is focused on:
 
Structured clinical assessments
Professional judgement
Evidence-based report writing  You will:
 
Conduct assessments via telephone, video, and face-to-face
Gather and review clinical information
Produce accurate, detailed reports within set time frames
Work in line with clinical guidelines and professional standards
Use strong IT and typing skills to document assessments effectively  Who We’re Hiring This opportunity is for clinicians with at least 1 year post-registration adult experience:
 
RGN, RMN, RNLD, Adult Nurse
Physiotherapist
Occupational Therapist
Paramedic  Applicants must live in Hastings or within a commutable distance.

What You’ll Need  
Active NMC or HCPC registration
Excellent communication and clinical reasoning skills
Confident IT, typing, and report-writing ability
