Job Description Based at Lochlands Resource Centre, 2 Cairnie Road, Arbroath, DD11 3DY
.This job is workstyle 1 -  this workstyle most of your time is spent undertaking the direct delivery of front-line services work. Depending on your role there may be a limited requirement to access a specific council location during the course of the working week if you are not delivering your service at a council location.

This post will be temporary for 18 months to cover maternity leave.

You will work as part of a team to support and enable adults with learning disabilities, including people with complex disabilities, to live ordinary lives. You will be required to support individuals with personal care and also support for eating and drinking.

You will also be required to support service users with various activities which have been identified through assessed need such as rebound therapy, adapted bikes, hydro-therapy, swimming as well as attend community groups and in-house activities.

Internal and external applications on a secondment basis will be considered. You must have the approval of your line manager / organisation.
