Position: Brand Manager Oncology (m/f/d)

The Position

The Brand Manager Oncology is motivated by creating meaningful impact and plays a key role in preparing for exciting upcoming launches. He/She is responsible for the results-driven and future-oriented marketing of assigned oncology brands within the IOMH (Inflammation, Oncology, Mental Health) therapeutic area, with a pronounced focus on oncology and the ability to support ILD as needed. The role is accountable for achieving brand objectives and budget targets.

Tasks

& Responsibilities
  • Lead the development, localization and execution of brand and customer plans, ensuring strategic alignment with brand objectives and the Swiss market environment.
  • Drive omnichannel customer engagement by designing and executing integrated customer journeys across digital and non-digital channels.
  • Generate actionable market insights by analyzing trends, customer behavior, competitive intelligence, scientific developments, and healthcare dynamics to inform strategic decisions.
  • Partner closely with the sales force to secure aligned execution in the field, deliver impactful product-related training, and provide continuous marketing support.
  • Collaborate effectively across functions (Regulatory, Medical, Purchasing, Controlling, Market Access, etc.) to ensure coordinated and compliant execution.
  • Ensure all brand activities are tracked, documented, and measured through established systems and reporting tools.
Requirements
  • University degree in Science or Business; MBA or postgraduate marketing qualification preferred.
  • 3-5 years in pharmaceutical/oncology marketing or sales, ideally in Switzerland with regional exposure.
  • Proven success in Oncology brand management (Specialty Care is a plus).
  • Demonstrated creativity, solution orientation, and experience with innovative communication channels.
  • Project management experience and lateral leadership skills.
  • Team player with high accountability, organizational, and communication strengths.
  • Expertise in brand building and multi-channel engagement.
  • Fluent in English and German (spoken and written);
    French is an advantage.
