Salary/Wage Range or Industry Benchmark: 80 CAD Hourly CAD 80.00 HOUR

Position: Psychology Researcher | $80/hr Remote

Commitment: Part-time, approximately 10+ hours per week

Role Responsibilities

Develop nuanced psychology-based tasks reflecting real-world scenarios, theories, and research applications
Review AI-generated responses for conceptual accuracy, ethical soundness, and psychological insight
Create benchmark answers demonstrating best-practice academic and clinical reasoning
Document model limitations and recommend improvements for psychology-related outputs
Collaborate asynchronously with researchers and peer reviewers using structured written feedback

Requirements

PhD or PsyD in Psychology or a closely related field
Strong experience in clinical practice, academic research, teaching, or applied psychology
Deep knowledge of psychological theory, diagnostic criteria, research methods, and ethics
Strong analytical skills with the ability to critique reasoning and logic
Excellent written communication and clarity in feedback delivery
