Our highly skilled clinicians deliver assessments for children, young people and adults, predominantly on a remote basis. We are growing our team to ensure we can help as many people as possible access high-quality services in a timely manner and as such, we are looking for a Team Lead to join us on this exciting journey.

What we are looking for- Significant expertise in Neurodevelopmental Assessments with a core qualification and registration in
- Clinical/Counselling/Forensic/Occupational/Education Psychology
- Social Work
- Nursing
- Occupational Therapy
- or Speech Language Therapy
- Relevant registration with HCPC, NMC or SWE SCW or SSSC
- Highly experienced in conducting online ADOS and ADI-R assessments for both children and adults
- Experience leading a team of clinicians within a neurodevelopmental assessment service
- Ability to support complex MDT discussions
- Attention to detail and ability to quality check clinical work
- Experienced in offering supervision
- Excellent knowledge of NICE guidelines and DSM-5 criteria
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
