Insurance Verification Coordinator (Dental Office – U.S.

-Based Practice)

Schedule:

Monday to Friday | Between 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM CST (Evening Shift – India Time)
Compensation:  Approx. ₹40,000 per month
Remote – Work from Home

Role Overview :
We are seeking a  detail-oriented, reliable, and patient-focused Insurance Verification Coordinator  to join our U.S.

-based dental office team. You’ll play a vital role in verifying and updating insurance details to ensure seamless patient care and accurate billing.

Key Responsibilities:

Verify insurance details for new and existing patients
Contact insurance providers for eligibility, benefits, and pre-authorizations
Update patient records accurately and promptly
Communicate denials or missing information with the clinical team
Assist patients with billing and insurance-related questions

Required Competencies:

Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Professional, clear, and pleasant communication skills
Excellent listening and problem-solving abilities
Organized, dependable, and self-motivated
Basic computer proficiency (Windows, keyboarding, data entry)

Preferred:
Prior experience in  dental or medical insurance verification  (highly preferred)
Background in the  dental or medical field  is a plus
