Position Summary   We are seeking abilingual Functional Medicine Health Coach (English/French) to join our virtual care team. In this role, you will support patients remotely through personalized wellness plans focused on root-cause healing , hormone balance, longevity, and lifestyle optimization. You will collaborate closely with our medical and clinical experts to deliver exceptional outcomes in a digital, functional medicine environment.
This is a remote position supporting patients in both English and French , ensuring inclusive, personalized care across linguistic lines.

Key Responsibilities   Conduct virtual one-on-one coaching sessions in English and French to guide patients through behavior and lifestyle changes
Collaborate with clinical providers to ensure adherence to customized care and treatment plans
Educate patients on topics including hormone health, nutrition, sleep, stress, and exercise using a functional medicine framework
Track patient progress, adapt strategies, and maintain engagement through accountability and motivational coaching
Foster long-term relationships and build trust with patients from diverse backgrounds
Maintain accurate,HIPAA-compliant documentation through our digital platform
Stay current on functional medicine trends, hormone therapy research, and digital coaching best practices
Qualifications   Certification from a recognized Functional Medicine or Health Coaching program ( IFM, NBHWC, FMCA , etc.)
Minimum 3 years of experience in functional medicine, integrative health coaching, or lifestyle medicine
Fluent in English and French (spoken and written)
Strong understanding of hormone health , metabolic function, and root-cause lifestyle interventions
Skilled in motivational interviewing , virtual coaching, and patient communication
Proficient in telehealth platforms and digital tools for care delivery
Nice to Have   Experience supporting patients undergoing hormone replacement therapy or longevity-focused protocols
Background innutrition, psychology, kinesiology , or other health-related disciplines
Previous work in a digital health or telemedicine setting
