Compensation: $100 – $200/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10-40 hours/week

• Design, conduct, and publish high-impact research at the intersection of artificial intelligence and mental health interventions.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and clinicians to develop and evaluate AI-driven tools that improve mental health outcomes.
• Translate complex research findings into actionable insights for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Lead literature reviews, systematic analyses, and white papers to guide ongoing research initiatives.
• Communicate research progress and findings through presentations, internal reports, and peer-reviewed publications.
• Advocate for ethical practices in AI-based mental health solutions, ensuring privacy, inclusivity, and clinical integrity.
• Provide expert consultation to cross-functional teams on psychological theory, assessment, and evidence-based interventions.

• Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.
  
  D.) in Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Peer-reviewed publications focused on AI applications in mental health.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex topics clearly to diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated experience in research design, data analysis, and scientific writing.
• Deep understanding of psychological theories, mental health disorders, and clinical best practices.
• Comfort working in remote, collaborative, and fast-paced environments.
• Strong commitment to ethical standards in digital and technology-driven mental health research.
