About this jobFacilities Management Team Leader – an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Team Leader to oversee the running of the Facilities management team at our Headquarters at Ladybridge Hall in Bolton. We are seeking a tenacious individual to lead this small, dedicated team, you will need to be a motivator who will provide advice, guidance and support and have a “hands on” approach with the team.

- Managing workloads and performance.
The FM team are the main point of contact for all colleagues and external visitors to site as well as answering incoming calls from the public wishing to access our services. Health, safety and security for our colleagues and visitors is a high priority to the Trust, and so the successful applicant will be trained to become a senior fire marshal and will also be responsible for leading the ongoing review of fire and security procedures.
As a support function, under Corporate Services this position would be suited to someone with experience of working in a fast‑paced environment.
Please note this is a full‑time position and will be 5 days on site, there is no option to remote work.

North West Ambulance Service NHS Trust provides 24‑hour, 365‑day a year accident and emergency services to those in need of emergency medical treatment and transport. Our highly skilled staff provide life‑saving care to patients in the community and take people to hospital or a place of care if needed. We also provide non‑emergency patient transport services for those patients who require non‑emergency transport to and from hospital and who are unable to travel unaided because of their medical condition or clinical need.
Alongside the other emergency services, we also work to ensure the safety of the public and treatment of patients in the event of a major incident. We also deliver the NHS 111 service in the North West. NHS 111 replaced NHS Direct in 2013. This service was introduced to make it easier for people to access local NHS healthcare services in England.
It provides non‑emergency medical help fast, and is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
