- Review and evaluate rehabilitation counseling scenarios to provide expert feedback for AI training models.
- Develop and refine written materials that accurately reflect assessment methods, intervention strategies, and client-centered practices.
- Collaborate with AI development teams to ensure clinical authenticity and relevance of training content.
- Analyze industry-specific cases with attention to cultural competence and ethical standards.
- Ensure all materials align with current regulations and best practices in rehabilitation counseling.
- Provide detailed guidance on counseling techniques, disability accommodations, and individualized support planning.
- Identify gaps in AI understanding and recommend improvements grounded in real-world counseling expertise.
- Master’s degree or higher in Rehabilitation Counseling, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
- Relevant certification or licensure (CRC, LPC, or equivalent).
- Extensive professional experience as a Rehabilitation Counselor in clinical or community-based settings.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong clarity and precision.
- Ability to work independently and deliver detailed, high-quality feedback.
- Strong understanding of current legal, ethical, and professional standards in rehabilitation counseling.
- Proficiency with digital collaboration tools and ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
