We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Health Care Assistant to join our team. We are dedicated to providing person‑centred care and support. As a Health Care Assistant, you will be an essential part in promoting the independence of our clients, listening ear, and most importantly, providing a smile to brighten up their day.

• Assisting with daily activities such as personal care
• Monitoring vital signs and reporting any changes to the office team
• Assisting with mobility and transferring the people we support
• Providing emotional support and companionship to the people we support
• Assisting with meal preparation and feeding
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment for the people we support
• Documenting information accurately and in a timely manner

• Previous experience as a Health Care Assistant or in a similar role is preferred but not essential
• An open and honest ethos
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and empathetic nature
• Ability to work well when remote working
• Strong attention to detail
