Senior Physiotherapist Rotational Band 6 Job overviewAn opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated Physiotherapist to join our Band 6 Inpatient Rotational scheme, rotating on a 7 monthly rotation through a variety of physiotherapy areas;
Medicine, Oncology, Neurosciences, Rehabilitation, Surgery, Critical Care, Orthopaedics, Out Patients, Paediatrics and Elderly Care.
This rotation will allow you to develop as a band 6 and gain experience in a wide range of areas within a specialist acute hospital setting. This allows for the development of general skills which may support later application to one of our specialist band 6 rotations in MSK, neuro-rehab or respiratory.
The department is friendly and dedicated towards the delivery of an excellent service for all our users, as well as constantly looking at better ways to provide a service.

To participate in the Band 6 rotational scheme which involves working for seven monthly rotations across the trust in a range of ward settings and outpatient settings.
To provide a high standard of physiotherapy in a variety of areas: medical wards, surgical wards, critical care, care of the elderly wards, stroke and rehabilitation wards, neurosciences wards, paediatric wards, orthopaedic wards and musculoskeletal outpatients.
To develop skills in prioritisation, audit and management.
