WAKIN and Sleep In Nights

We are looking for a Care professional, with a compassionate heartwho wants to make a true difference to the quality of life for our clients to join our team in Kensington and Chelsea to help our clients live an independent lifein their own home for as long as it is possible.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Companionship
  • Building strong professional relationships
  • Assistance with personal care and taking medications

What does being a Caregiver involve?

  • Minimum 10hour visits
  • Introductions to all new clients
  • Caregivers matched to clients based on hobbies and interests.
  • Visiting the same Clients for continuity of care and to allow you to build meaningful relationships
  • Award winning training
  • Waking nights paid at hour rate of £12.85- £14.20and length of service.
  • Sleep In- STC
  • Holiday pay/ Bank holiday rates
  • Travel expenses paid between clients
  • Full learning and development programs (NVQ qualifications)

No formal qualifications are needed for this role.

Experience of working in a care setting would be advantageous however not essential as full training and on-going support is provided as standard.
