Main duties of the jobWhat we are looking for
afull-time Specialist Practitioner to workin our Pan-Sussex Neurodevelopmental service(blended in-person and remote working)
a colleague with interest in autism and ADHD and who understands this is an evolving area of knowledge and practice and who is committed to supporting positive change
someone who has enthusiasm to learn (however experienced) and to be part of a teamand who is interested in developing leadership skills
someone who likes to manage their diary and enjoy autonomy as a practitioner - whilst having the reassurance of knowing what is expected from their role and activity (always knowing there are colleagues available for reflectionandfor support)

- Registered Mental Health Nurse, Occupational Therapy or Professional Qualification
- NMC or HCPC Registration
- Post Basic Courses / relevant Study Days
- Evidence of CPD
- Experience of working with ASC and/or ADHD
- Experience of working with mental health issues
- Experience of managing risk
- Experience of integrated agency working
- Experience of providing clinical training / supervision
- CPA experience
- Understanding of Clinical Governance
