  • Coordinating and conducting clinical audits across services, including medication, care planning, and infection control
  • Assisting with the development and review of clinical risk assessments and competency frameworks
  • Supporting services with CQC inspection preparation and regulatory compliance
  • Assisting with incident investigations and contributing to learning reviews
  • Building effective working relationships with service managers and external stakeholders
  • Contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and clinical excellence
What We're Looking For

Essential:

  • Registered nurse with current professional registration
  • Degree‑level qualification in a relevant health or social care discipline
  • Post‑registration clinical experience in any healthcare setting
  • Understanding of quality and governance principles in healthcare
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to produce clear written reports and documentation
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationwide

Desirable:

  • Case management experience (though not essential)
  • Some experience of clinical audit or quality improvement activities
  • Knowledge of CQC standards and regulatory requirements
  • Experience in social care or community settings
  • Experience using audit or governance software
You'll also be:
  • Self‑motivated and able to work autonomously from home
  • Eager to learn and develop your governance skills
  • A good communicator who can build relationships at all levels
  • Passionate about quality, safety, and improving outcomes for people we support
  • Looking to develop your career in clinical governance
What We Offer

  • Home‑based working with the flexibility to manage your own schedule
  • The opportunity to work with an award‑winning team committed to excellence
  • A chance to be part of a growing and developing service where you can really develop your governance expertise
  • Excellent development opportunities to build your clinical governance career
