- Curate and validate occupational therapy training materials for AI systems
- Collaborate with engineers and data scientists to enhance AI understanding of rehabilitation processes
- Analyze patient case data to define therapy goals and simulated outcomes
- Contribute to the design and validation of AI-enabled occupational therapy programs
- Provide expert feedback to refine AI performance and user experience
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation within structured AI workflows
- Licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR or equivalent) with relevant clinical experience
- Strong skills in rehabilitation program planning and clinical documentation
- Experience teaching, mentoring, or working with assistive technology
- Ability to analyze functional and medical data for goal setting
- Comfortable working in a remote, tech-enabled collaborative environment
- Excellent communication skills with high attention to detail
