Perform quality controls related to manufacturing conditions, execute environmental monitoring and utilities testing, conduct cleaning controls and analyze biological indicators. Ensure application of GMP and quality procedures, manage nonconformities, maintain microbiology documentation, perform microbiological analyses including bioburden and endotoxins, support investigations and CAPA, record data in LIMS and execute additional related tasks.
What Will Make You Successful- Good knowledge of microbiological analysis techniques
- Ability to analyze results, detect anomalies and support microbiological investigations
- Strong documentation skills aligned with GMP Data Integrity (ALCOA)
- Proficiency with MS Office, LIMS and QC databases
- Fluent French; professional English (reading and writing)
- Teamwork capability
- Strong oral and written communication
Ability to work autonomously and meet tight deadlines
Bachelor degree in Microbiology, Biology, Biotechnology or related field, or Swiss certified vocational training (CFC) as biology laboratory technician with confirmed microbiology experience.
Professional Experience1–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical device industry (GMP environment), with practice in microbiological analyses such as bioburden, endotoxins, growth promotion, environmental monitoring, and biological indicators; familiarity with GMP, ISO 14644, ISO 11737, European Pharmacopoeia and USP requirements.
