about the role
this is a permanent role supporting five individuals with complex needs, where building positive, respectful relationships is at the heart of the work. The position is 37.5 hours per week, with flexibility required to meet the needs of the people we support. The salary for this position is £12.71 per hour.
we are looking for someone who is kind, patient, calm, and adaptable, with a genuine desire to make a positive difference in peoples daily lives. A full uk driving licence is essential for this role to support individuals with their activities and appointments.
working hours will vary and may include day shifts, night shifts, and sleep-in shifts. All staff are required to complete a number of sleep‑ins each month as part of the role.
