Job Description We are seeking a  Functional Lead – Veeva Vault Medical Affairs  to lead and support Medical Affairs solutions on the Veeva Vault platform, enabling compliant and efficient medical operations.

Key Responsibilities  Lead Veeva Vault Medical Affairs implementations and ongoing enhancements
Configure and manage Vault Medical modules including Medical Inquiry, Medical Content, Events, and related workflows
Support MSL, Medical Information, and Scientific Communications teams
Ensure alignment with medical, promotional, and non-promotional compliance requirements
Drive business process alignment across Medical Affairs functions
Lead UAT activities, training, and user adoption initiatives
Act as the primary functional escalation and point of contact for Medical Affairs solutions

Required Qualifications  5+ years of hands-on experience with Veeva Vault Medical Affairs
Veeva Vault Medical certification(s) –  mandatory
Strong understanding of Medical Affairs operations and regulatory compliance
Experience supporting MSL and Medical Information teams
Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills
Certifications (Preferred)  Veeva Vault Medical (Medical Inquiry, Med Comms, Events, Promo Mats)
