Our General Health Services team is critical to the success of Doctor Anywhere. We are a hybrid team of operation and healthcare professionals who oversee Doctor Anywhere ’s medical operations including Online & Offline GP services, mobile clinic, health screening and radiology services. the role

The Senior Executive
, Space & Material Planning is responsible for managing the planning, tracking, and replenishment of consumables while ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of facilities. This role requires strong organizational skills, cross-functional coordination, resourcefulness and an eye for both operational efficiency and compliance.

This role is primarily based in Tai Seng, Singapore and reports directly to the Manager, Space & Material Planning
.

Key responsibilities Facilities Management Support
  • Monitor routine maintenance schedules and coordinate facility repairs or service calls.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and functionality of facilities.
  • Support space planning and office layout adjustments.
  • Liaise with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to resolve facilities-related issues.
  • Assist with emergency response procedures and maintain proper documentation of building-related incidents / issues.
Consumables Planning & Management
  • Support the storage and distribution of consumables (e.g., medical, cleaning and office supplies).
  • Coordinate with procurement and suppliers to ensure timely and accurate ordering and delivery.
  • Maintain and update the consumables management database.
Reporting & Compliance
  • Maintain and update logs, checklists and records related to consumable usage, maintenance/repairs, facilities incidents, and service status.
  • Monitor and assist in documenting compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Support sustainability initiatives involving materials or building systems.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of SOPs and process improvements for the Space & Materials function.
About you
  • Min. NITEC or Diploma in Facilities Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in facilities coordination. Experience in inventory management would be a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft and Google tools (e.g. Google docs, sheets, slides, Gmail)
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Problem-solving and incident management
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Familiarity with facility maintenance processes and vendor management
  • Willingness to be hands on to manage simple repairs
  • This is a 5.5-day work week role.
  • Willingness to work in the evenings and on weekends and Public Holidays, where required, to oversee facility repairs or events scheduled outside of normal operating hours.
  • Willingness to travel to various locations, including our clinics and health screening centre where required.
  • Comfortable working independently on daily tasks and taking initiative when required
  • A start-up attitude - you take full ownership of things that you do, willing to go out of your comfort zones and take on new challenges.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and flexible to learn new things - we’re not done growing, and heading into uncharted territories is part of the fun!
