Base pay range£20.96 per hour
, 39 hours per week (days and nights). Relocation packages available. We pay up to £3,000 when you join Sanctuary Care.

- A clinical training team providing courses to support nurses with clinical knowledge and skills
- Support in meeting NMC revalidation requirements for CPD

- Work as a team to enrich residents' lives, support colleagues, and enjoy fun at work.
- Deliver personalised care per residents’ individual care plans.
- Communicate regularly with residents, families, and staff (verbally and in writing).
- Provide comprehensive, systematic, accurate nursing assessments of physical, psychological, social needs.
- Be kind and supportive to residents, families, and colleagues.
What skills do I need?
- Teamwork and a positive attitude.
- Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council.
- Experience in a clinical setting.
- Strong communication skills and flexible approach.
- Genuine caring attitude toward older people.
- Proficiency in nursing process and clinical areas: infection control, nutrition, moving and handling, wound care, phlebotomy, drug administration.
