Purpose

& Scope
  • The Global Market Access & Pricing Lead, Strategic Brands, owns the global market access and pricing strategy across the product lifecycle, ensuring optimal asset value and achievement of Global Brand Scorecard objectives.
  • The role serves as the primary market access interface with global cross‑functional teams and co‑creation markets.
Role And Responsibilities
  • Lead development and execution of global market access and pricing strategies, including lifecycle management and new indications.
  • Chair the Value Access Strategy Team (VAST) and represent payer perspectives on the Asset Maximization Team (AMT) and Global Co‑creation Team (GCT).
  • Drive value‑based pricing, reimbursement, and innovative access solutions aligned with commercial strategy.
  • Develop the global payer value proposition, value dossier, and payer‑driven evidence requirements.
  • Ensure market access strategies are embedded within global brand, medical, and development plans.
  • Lead collaboration with regional and affiliate market access teams and key cross‑functional partners.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, policy, and corporate requirements.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Demonstrable experience from within the pharmaceutical industry, including global market access, pricing, reimbursement, or HEOR.
  • Proven experience developing and executing global market access and pricing strategies.
  • Experience working across global and regional organizations.
  • Strong scientific or therapeutic area knowledge.
Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA, MSc, or equivalent postgraduate degree.
  • Additional language skills.
  • Demonstrated success working in complex, cross‑cultural matrix environments.
