Volunteer Centre Harlow is looking for Outings Companions to support veterans in accessing community activities like knitting and coffee groups in Chelmsford. This role provides a crucial social interaction for blind veterans, allowing them to enjoy outings safely. Volunteers will assist in guiding veterans and ensuring a pleasant experience. The position allows for flexibility around your commitments and can be carried out whilst working from home.
Full training will be provided to ensure you feel confident in your volunteering.
