Key Responsibilities:

• Assign ICD-10-CA and CCI codes from clinical documentation

• Apply health billing rules for accuracy and compliance

• Conduct quality assurance checks on coding efforts

• Work collaboratively with CDI and other teams

• Track coding productivity against service level expectations

Requirements:

• Over 3 years of medical coding experience

• Proficient in ICD-10-CA and CCI coding systems

• Experienced with coding compliance and QA processes

• Familiar with secure remote workflows and EHR systems
