This role requires you to travel to people's homes to assess their needs and makerecommendationsfornecessary adaptations to enable them to live independently.

You will be working within a teamprovidingclinical advice on thedesignand delivery ofworksrequiredto meet the client's needs.

About you

Youare an organised, detail-orientated administrator who can manage multiple priorities whileremainingcalm under pressure. You enjoy working with a wide range of people and have excellent communication skills.

You are a people focused person able to empathise with people but also able to manage their expectations. Withgood communication skills youcanclearly explain to clients what wecando for them and communicate their needs to the surveyors and others within the wider housing team as appropriate.

You have:

  • The ability to work independently and manage your workload.
  • Are confident using databases,spreadsheets and digital systems.
  • Can build positive relationships with clients, team members,managers and external providers.
  • Can be creative in finding solutions.
