Care Team Leader – Nights

The Green Residential Care Home, Drump Rd, Redruth TR15 1LU

Salary: £15.45 per hour

Hours: 23 hours per week

• Support the wellbeing of residents and help them feel at home
• Work together as a team to enrich residents’ lives and support colleagues
• Deliver personalised care in line with individual care plans
• Make leisure and social activities part of everyday life
• Guide and encourage Care Assistants in their development

• Experience in care (NVQ3/SVQ3 in Social Care or equivalent desirable)
• Ability to communicate clearly and work flexibly
• Team player who values collaboration
• Kindness and genuine interest in older people
• Commitment to treating everyone with dignity and respect

• 28 days’ annual leave pro rata (including bank holidays)
