• Experience supporting young people or vulnerable adults, including those with mental health needs or substance misuse.
• Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly approach.
• Confident using IT systems.

• Be the first point of contact for customer queries and support.
• Build positive relationships and help customers develop life skills.
