Virtual Pharmacist LTD is seeking a remote Independent Prescriber clinical pharmacist to provide support to GP practices and primary care networks across England. This locum position offers flexible working patterns, requiring a minimum of 18 hours per week, with responsibilities including conducting medication reviews and managing long-term conditions.
The ideal candidate will be an GPhC-registered pharmacist with at least 2 years of clinical experience, proficiency in EMIS Web or Systm One, and an Independent Prescriber qualification.
