We are seeking an experienced Registered Dietitian (RD) to support a virtual weight management and chronic disease program on a part time contract basis.

This role is ideal for a dietitian who is passionate about virtual care, sustainable wellness strategies, and delivering personalized nutrition support within a collaborative healthcare environment.

Conduct virtual nutrition assessments as indicated by the physician or case manager on specialty care cases

Develop individualized meal plans and nutrition care strategies

Support patients with weight management and chronic disease goals

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and care coordinators

Contribute to nutrition education resources and wellness tools

Maintain clinical documentation in alignment with regulatory standards

Registered Dietitian in good standing within Canada

Licensed in multiple provinces - at least two of (Ontario, Quebec, BC, Alberta)

5+ years of clinical experience in:

• Weight management
• Chronic disease management
• Nutrition counselling and meal planning

Comfortable working in virtual care / digital health environments

Experience supporting menopause-related nutritional needs is an asset

Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset
